Wam Jam 2020 will offer a variety of workshops to cater to different movement styles. While most of these events and workshops are reserved for women and minorities, we do have a Flips & Freerunning Workshop and AAPES open session with open entry and all outdoor jams are also open to everyone.

Beginners Parkour Workshop

Beginners parkour is the workshop for you if you're new to parkour and want to learn the basics. We'll be covering vaults, rolls and jump basics and while there is no numbers limit.

This session introduces the basics of parkour training, with a focus on training adapted to your needs as parents such as training with a pram nearby & training with small children.

These sessions, taught by Sydney Olson, will involve introduction into basic flips as well as all the progressions to safely execute them. Any skill level is free to join.
