Monday 23rd March 11:30~1:00pm

This is a free workshop for women, enbies and other minorities looking to improve their speed running skill with help from Steph Zitis, who is both a lover of speed training and has competed in speed competitions at parkour gyms around the world.

There are many variables in your movement that will determine how fast you can move through your environment: from strength and power, to technique and foot placement. Sometimes really simple tweaks can can shave off seconds from your run, while feeling and looking much smoother.

We will go through all the little bits and pieces you need to know when wanting to move more efficiently in your surroundings and put it all together into our own little speed course.

This workshop has limited numbers (20 max.) please register for this event here :)

Stephania Zitis

Steph's first experience with parkour was copying YouTube videos with her brother at their local park back when she was in primary school. She started properly learning and training in 2014 and has since pursued the sport across continents, becoming one of Australian Parkour's most avid world travellers

Ever multi-talented, Steph has a Cert. IV in personal training and her Cert. III in fashion design. Between her world travels she also has 2-3 years on and off as a parkour instructor both in Sydney and around the world.

Anna & Steph are an iconic dynamic duo of the Australian parkour community and are always found training, travelling and working on projects together.

Anna Yamashita

  • @littleninjanna

Anna has been training parkour since 2015. She has over 10 years of experience in dance and is consequently a big lover of flow and creativity based movement. She was also able to gain experience as a traveller from a young age and has travelled both interstate and internationally for parkour events and training.

Anna's life changed after starting parkour at 13 years old and in her 4 years of training she has gained so much more strength, both mental and physical than she ever expected to gain from a sport.
