Creativity & Flow
Saturday 21st March 11am~12:30pm

This is a free 1.5 hrworkshop for all those sick of feeling like all of their runs are running and vaulting and more running and more vaulting and more running and...well  you get it.

If you find yourself wanting a wider range of movement to incorporate into your  training or want to flow like water (or Phosky), this is the workshop for you.

The workshop is open to women, enbies and other minorities who already have an understanding of the basics of parkour including vault, jump and stride tech. (You don't have to be a master of every vault or have huge jumps but you will need be able to do at least 2 vaults, precisions and strides with confidence.

We will be having an interactive play session where Anna will share some of her favourite flow moves and take suggestions from participants so that everyone can come up with a run they like by the end of the session

This workshop has limited numbers (25 max.) please register for this event here :)

Anna Yamashita

  • @littleninjanna

Anna has been training parkour since 2015. She has over 10 years of experience in dance and is consequently a big lover of flow and creativity based movement. She was also able to gain experience as a traveller from a young age and has travelled both interstate and internationally for parkour events and training.

Anna's life changed after starting parkour at 13 years old and in her 4 years of training she has gained so much more strength, both mental and physical than she ever expected to gain from a sport.

Anna & Steph are an iconic dynamic duo of the Australian parkour community and are always found training, travelling and working on projects together.

Steph's first experience with parkour was copying YouTube videos with her brother at their local park back when she was in primary school. She started properly learning and training in 2014 and has since pursued the sport across continents, becoming one of Australian Parkour's most avid world travellers

Ever multi-talented, Steph has a Cert. IV in personal training and her Cert. III in fashion design. Between her world travels she also has 2-3 years on and off as a parkour instructor both in Sydney and around the world.
