Sunday 22nd March 1~2pm 

This free session will introduce essential prehab and strength exercises to encourage strong and mobile bodies. With a particular focus on strength training for parkour, this session will take you through a whole body workout - conditioning our knees for jumps, building upper body strength for climb ups, and strengthening our core (because core is queen!).

This class is open to everyone of all ages with all levels of experience. Every exercise has modifications and progressions to ensure you are appropriately challenged.

Meet The Instructor

Michaela has been training parkour for four years, and teaching strength and conditioning classes at Sydney parkour gym, AAPES, since 2018. 

Her strength & conditioning classes are programmed with parkour specifically in mind, with a special focus on building bulletproof joints using almost exclusively body-weight exercises.

Michaela randomly stumbled across a parkour gym in 2015, and after trialling a first timers class, fell in love with the way it challenged both her body and mind. A passionate advocate for the sport, Michaela is the current president of the Parkour NSW Association, and aims to encourage everyone to give parkour a go.
