This is the S&C challenge of WamJam 2020, as well as an exploration and creative movement challenge too! You can join in from anywhere, and at any time, and do as much or as little as you like. Just click below to open the Google Sheet, make yourself a sheet and chip away at the tasks at your own pace.

There will be prizes for the most points overall, most points scored on a single day, best video, and for the participant joining in from the furthest away!
DISTANCED JAMS
While we can't get together in the same city this year, we can jam in cities across Australia, to show the solidarity and togetherness that WamJam is based on.

If there's no organised Distanced Jam in your city, don't worry! You can still join in from wherever you are! Just head out training, and post pics and vids on social media with the hashtag #WamJam2020
